All prices are given in euros including VAT (19% or 7%)
Shipping within Germany:
We deliver against payment in advance (transfer to our account or PayPal) or cash on collection.
We deliver with DHL Express (Deutsche Post).
Exchanges are only possible in the event of manufacturing defects and after clarification by telephone (+49 5261 988040). We cannot accept freight collect returns.
If parcels are returned to us because they were refused or not picked up, we reserve the right to reclaim the costs incurred and charge EUR 20.00.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
When delivering by DHL, please pay attention to whether the package has been damaged by shipping. If this is the case, please do not accept the package, otherwise the undamaged receipt by DHL will be confirmed by acceptance.
RESERVATION OF TITLE
The delivered goods remain the property of BeBe’s Records, Bettina Bergen, until they have been paid for in full. Until then, you have to treat the goods with care and report any damage immediately. If you are in arrears with your payment, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract and reclaim the goods. The costs of returning the goods in the event of default (after the withdrawal period has expired) are your responsibility and must be reimbursed if you have not borne them yourself.
